LEMON BASIL HORSERADISH CREAM SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp prepared horseradish, drained
2 Tbsp Lemon Basil Pesto
white pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS: Put sour cream into mixing bowl. Beat in horseradish and lemon basil pesto. Add white pepper and combine. Refrigerate before using. Used with poached chicken breasts or shellfish.
